Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
c. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being refunded, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made or personalized items, and items marked as final sale. Additionally, any items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund.
